Contact & Appointments

Begin a commission, in person.

Every garment we make begins here — with a conversation, a measurement, and a length of cloth chosen together. The form below is not a request for a quote; it is the first page of your order book. We answer every enquiry within two working days, by telephone if you prefer.

Where to Be Measured

Partner tailors in London, New York, and Tokyo.

For clients who live outside Italy, fittings and lifetime alterations are honoured through three named partner ateliers — each selected by Vettor Pisani III and visited twice a year for canvas and finishing calibration. Your measurements, pattern pieces, and cloth archive travel with you.

Every commission carries a lifetime alteration guarantee, honoured at any of the three partner ateliers — or, by arrangement, by a tailor of your choosing under our written specifications.

By private appointment

Begin a quiet conversation about your next commission.

Every commission at the atelier begins with a single conversation — usually twenty minutes, sometimes longer, never hurried. We listen first, then suggest the cloth, the cut, and the cadence of fittings that suit the garment you have in mind.

The form on the right is read personally by Eleonora, our client director, and by Vettor Pisani III himself. There is no ticketing system, no auto-responder, and no routing through a call centre.

What happens after you submit

  1. Within forty-eight hours, you will receive a personal reply from the atelier — by email or telephone, depending on the contact you leave us.
  2. If a first appointment is appropriate, we propose two or three dates in the coming weeks. The studio sees clients Tuesday through Friday, ten to six.
  3. Appointments at the Padova atelier last around ninety minutes. For clients in London, New York, or Tokyo, we travel quarterly and will arrange fittings with our partner tailors.
  4. There is no obligation to proceed. The first consultation is a conversation, not a contract.

A note on what we do — and what we do not

Your message is read by the cutter. Nothing else.

Within forty-eight hours of submitting the form above, you will receive a reply written by a person on our six-person team — never a queue, never a script. If you prefer to reach us directly, the atelier is on +39 049 875 3102 during studio hours, and is read every weekday morning.

What you can expect

  • A handwritten or personally composed reply within two working days.
  • Two or three suggested dates if an appointment is appropriate — never a hard sell.
  • Absolute discretion on every detail you share with the atelier.

What we will never do

  • Add you to a marketing list, a newsletter, or a seasonal mailing.
  • Share your details with any third party — ever.
  • Contact you about a commission you have not asked us to discuss.

For clients who already know their cloth, their cutter, and their dates, the simplest path is a direct call.
